In the context of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018, the Commission organised a High-Level Horizon 2020 Conference on Innovation and Cultural Heritage to present some of the most promising innovations to preserve and treasure Europe’s cultural heritage for the next generations.

During the event, InnovaConcrete was presented for the first time by Piero Baglioni, Chair of ECHOES Cluster, as a new project that has just joined the cluster. Baglioni’s speech has been part of the round table called “Cultural Heritage in the Digital Age” and, in this occasion, he had the chance to talk about Advanced Materials and Nanotechnologies at the service of CH conservation.
