15 – 16 November 2018 | Brussels (Belgium)

On the 15th and the 16th of November 2018, the European Commission organised the Fair of  European Innovators in Cultural Heritage. This was the key event of the 2018 Year of Cultural Heritage and it was a perfect occasion to see how the EU is promoting research & innovation in cultural heritage, fostering creativity and new connections across countries.

The fair showcased the latest innovations in cultural heritage, discussed why they are developed and how they can benefit both the society and the market.

InnovaConcrete was selected and participated with the 40 best Cultural Heritage Eu funded projects: these projects had the possibility to showcase their work inside the demo area and inside the breakouts sessions in the afternoon.

At the InnovaConcrete booth, it was possible to see live experiments and to talk directly with Project Coordinator Maria Mosquera; also Director of DG Research & Innovation, Jean-Enric Paquet visited the booth and saw what’s happen when concrete is treated with InnovaConcrete materials.
